Aurel Advisory LLC is an AI and data governance firm founded to bridge the gap between AI advancement and the governance infrastructure organizations need to adopt it responsibly. As AI reshapes every industry, the organizations that lack access to structured governance support face the greatest exposure — and the fewest resources to address it. Aurel exists to change that.

Aurel was founded by Ananya Kadir, a Georgetown University MBA and former Ernst & Young consultant specializing in tech strategy, AI, and data governance. Her work spans federal compliance frameworks, institutional data programs, and AI governance strategy across complex organizations. She is a Saint Elizabeth University alumna (B.S. Computer Science and Mathematics, Class of 2017) and a founding Data Scholar of the Transdisciplinary Data Scholars Development Program at Bethune-Cookman University.
